80% of Rathfarnham Teens Go To College - 29 July 2005
A recent report published by the Higher Education Authority has revealed that up to 80% of teens living in
Rathfarnham will go onto third level education. The chances of a child attaining a third level
qualification largely depends on the parent's proffesions and the area where they live.
A few post codes away in Rathmines and Ballyboden, 70% and 60% of teens will
go on to college respectively. The most surprising results are for the prestigous D4 area
of Dublin where only 50% make it to college.
